Six years ago on that very day (January 27), at that very time (7:00pm EST), Naked in Motion held its first class in New York. We're still trucking along, but a lot has changed as we've adapted to the times. For another year, we're celebrating with a free virtual class instead of our usual special Naked! event. I will be the only one on camera, and since it's Youtube, I'll be clothed, but I encourage all to practice Naked! to celebrate our 6 year Anniversary!
