upload.farm web hosting change

upload.farm's web hosting provider was bought by GoDaddy last year, and they've informed us this week that they are going to shut the servers down in the coming months, so we're on the hunt for a new home.
If anyone has any suggestions for hosting that supports Flask/Python/Postgres, has bandwidth limits of a few hundred gigabytes a month and can store ~150GB of images without breaking the bank please let us know. We've got a few ideas ourselves and will begin testing in the coming weeks, with a goal of being fully migrated by early December.
