The second image is a “deleted scene” — I felt like the art style ended up looking a bit too different, and Gary looked way too much like a loli, so I decided to cut it.
But for those curious, that’s what the full outfit design would’ve looked like.
The third image is the old 2019 version, and the last one is a “TG Stone 3,” which I’m not planning to remake. Honestly, I was riding the Pokémon Journeys hype when I made that, but I don’t really care much about Goh anymore.
As for the difference between the old and new versions — I originally wanted to go for a kind of “goth girl” vibe, but in the new version I decided to make it closer to Ash’s dress while still keeping the purple from Gary’s shirt.
