I only bring it up 'cause I feel it's a bit hard on the eyes when viewing the image at full resolution, whereas looking at the preview image kinda gives it a nice textured look. I guess it'd make a difference if you made the overall effect finer (but I imagine it'd also result in a bigger file size).
