Removing people from the Goldfish tier.

Given there's only one tier for new subs, "guppy," and my keeping it at that for a while longer I think it's best to make sure everyone is on the same tier as well. Unfortunately, patreon doesn't provide any tool to move people to a different tier so I can only refund those at the higher tier and hope people jump back on. So that's what I'm doing today. So if you see a refund, please don't be concerned. I just have no other tool available.

Yes, all work will be available for all patrons on Guppy tier for the time being.
