Hot Head - Concept 1
Added 2021-04-06 22:09:51 +0000 UTCTime to make the other villains to this "organization"! I wanted to make a bad guy (or gal in this case) based around a fire motif. At first she had fire powers that she can generate. But later changed her to a crazy scientist who uses fire based weapons.
In the mock-up, my goal is to make a lot of interesting cast of villains to interact and speak to.
