And yes, I'm finishing up book 4. The canon ending will be the rewrite ending, which is where we'll be starting book 5 (though I will tweak chapter 71 a bit more, since I know people didn't like the rewrite version of Myrina's fight.)

Because it will be awesome and hijinks will ensue, especially if she pushes the opposing commander and sets the pace of operations like she pushed Carter during her rewritten bout with Carter. The new Chapter 71 was awesome, though understand why the silliness isn't to everyone's liking. Not like Myrina has any pressing commitments, unlike Carter's timer to continue integrating Crownhill and Cyra running her kingdom. And in answer to the most important question, yes, he should grow a second one. Maybe one that is detachable or self-propelled for extra maneuverability and reach for extra fun? Or prehensile and retractile? Why settle for just an ordinary duplicate when he has magic AND science?

I definitely think Gobgob should be at the front of the line of harem candidates with how she’s grown personally and in power. She’s essential and works very closely Carter. One other thing, while pregnancy should be part of future books, it’s too soon. I really don’t want to think about a succession crisis and intergalactic politics swallowing Crownhill too early.

2024-12-22 20:27:01 +0000 UTCJust as importantly, the epilogues with the bratty Architect descendant and Jade mean Carter will have to take a serious look at The System and cultivation from various angles He’ll have to see and learn from Lyra again. He’ll have to advance orders of magnitude with Aethersmithing and programming. The Governess has to go from a program to an Andromeda-style ship made flesh (for maximum freedom and personhood to combat insane or damaged System avatars). He has to learn cultivation so he can learn the most from Jade and cripple the Black Beast sect. Eowyn making a return appearance would also be good. And I will just reiterate that as Carter has to do more solo leveling to protect new family in a two-front war, Sharkette will become a necessity. This is an issue because it seems that Carter will have to fight Doom Leviathans and other incredible monstrosities to break into B Grade using quests. And this would be the clearest way to differentiate his ally from seemingly identical foes.

What does it mean for the DL that one of their best Healers went insane? We’re primed to see more Samhain shenanigans the narrower politics of Glacia. That means Kyrina, cousins, and Papa Emperor.

Sakura’s father…is he a leader in a competing shard? Does he have Oni background? Or is he barricaded with his staff hoping to wait out a return to normalcy? If he’s a leader, is he an ally to impress or a new foe?

2024-12-22 14:26:15 +0000 UTCI agree that I would that I would like to see the more of the upgrading of Crownhill and the rest of the His budding Earth kingdom. Maybe he can get some Crafters from mercurial and Cyra's to come train people in Crownhill. I think it would be interesting for take over the golem and without having to destroy them. It is about time to find Sakura's family and be rescued by Carter. Maybe they are being held captive after being tricked by humans from a different world on their shard. I want to see more of Carter's progression and see if advance into B grade near the beginning of the book. I also agree that Gobgob deserves to be adding into the family since she has be loyal. I think she is a great character and would be great to see more of her. I think it she could help Crownhill advance with their crafting and production. Reluna should be also another great addition to the family with her knowledge and has earned a spot too with what she has done so far. I do want the princess to find them and join them on their adventures. I don't think she should instantly be one of the girls but slowly earn her place and probably help Carter with managing Crownhill. I really want to see Carter meet Cyra and Myrina father and spend more time with their brother. Maybe also see the people family/clan that he helped in the pocket world during the training were adversaries of Cyra's brother, but now because of what Carter did, they help him instead. In doing this he gets some strong allies to join his army on Earth as well as get more magic users on Earth. Eventually I want to see Carter leading the auxiliary troops and helping retake the other world and have it tie into the chaos fiction fighting too. Maybe focus on Earth upgrading/advancing while Carter is meeting his new family, making/ bringing allies home and preparing for leading the auxiliary troops. I also think he should meet Jade up. I know the system directly oppose each other, but if we are going to see a hybrid of cultivation and the system that system approves of then they can do it together along with Carters other girl. It would be cool to also see him also get Jade to accept the system too and convert her to the hybrid path and possibly gets him rewarded by the system. Plus who wouldn't like to see a goddess join the harem, lol. I know there are a lot of arcs that are unfinished making there so many paths to take for the book. I look forward to what you choose and it can't come soon enough! 😅

His company makes the bullets and shells for the warlord? Have one war almost be lost just for Eowyn and the holy order to come and save the day Children for Bridget at least Somehow still have Myrina's plan being about stealing the armour, that was a good one Elves in one of the shard Goblin's evolution and headcount

Carter has so many fronts of responsibility via his family and also shard king that need to be managed so it needs to be assigned out or the books will be huge/ chaotic to cover all the fronts. I think his gaming pc needs to evolve the Minecraft version and apply it to shard building and turn into a real girl - taking over a lot of the planning responsibilities. Would be nice to see more Sakura and maybe extended family turning up. Would be good to see his system save the other system avatar or she can escape to his system in a monied role and get one over on the architect and elevate the Samhain family and his father in law at the same time - sort of an in. Could be time for Bridget to get pregnant. Might be an attempted takeover by the chaos wolf again to get carters bloodline and they need to rescue her ? It needs cultivator methods to combat the chaos gods and leads to a hybrid team and an in for the goddess cultivator / jade goddess or even a hybrid shard ? I think he needs to be more central in the larger family and universe - it will be needed to protect the earth shard so he needs to get out ahead of it so it doesn’t get strip mined. Maybe consider some extreme time dilation to allow him to grow as a cultivator within the timeline of the integration. That is all …

Myrina and cyra have had more extensive plotlines, but his first girls had book one then kind of faded into sidekicks.what do they want now? How can Carter help them achieve that?

Carter & friends encountering another working human shard (and maybe tensions of leadership between the two). Could be tied in with meeting Sakuras father 2. Exploring more mysteries about the system & it's makers. Maybe a good Reluna & Carter arc. (For example it would be interesting to see Carter delving deeper into the Scholar/Sage class and mixing cultivation with System powers. Maybe the goddess of Jade can help out?) 3. Another idea would be to have the chaos and order realms be something deeper where the system just taps into, but has no full control over them. 4. More POV chapters. They are just great for world building. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to the next one!

I point it only because it's one of the most transformative things that's easily understandable when it comes to warfare. If there was a multi-level war of magical warfare that'd be another thing that might be interesting. And then earth brings out some Tesla coils that are augmented with I dunno Titanium sonic absorbers that ring a counter resonance that disrupts most spells and grounds that shit out into mana packs to fuel the city or vehicles? Sure! Edit: or pest control lessons where and instead of using poison to kill other people there's just universally annoying things in sprays so we have a new form of inoffensive warfare that makes it impossible for most other forces to fight back! I'm getting more ideas as I think lol

Finishing off the Torchdragon shard (Carter didn't get the victory notification for that because some Torchdrakes are holed up in the volcano) and the golem shard (bonus points if he can gain control of some of them, or learn how to build similar golems of his own). Carter making name for himself among the Dragon Lodge, the Glacian royal family and/or the Samhain clan branch. He impressed them greatly with his knowledge of maths. Maybe could extend to his work for Herius' magical artillery by introducing them to calculating firing solutions for, maybe building automated artlillery that can be aimed and fired by computer? Carter hitting B-Grade and advancing some distance into it, level-wise. He can't slow down his levelling because we already have much more powerful enemies appearing over the horizon, like the (A-Grade?) tyrannical architect descendant. Some more exploration of the ruins of the architect city connected to Carter's basement, and dealing with the robot/golem that chased them out. Romance with Reluna. Carter merging some of his skills to free up slots, whether via cultivation or other means. Maybe also expansion of his monster farm. Carter meeting some more famous adventurers like the crew he met on System Quest 8 (repairing the pocket dimension's core). Once he reaches B-Grade, he can meet them as an equal. Bonus if he maybe get a new love interest from among them. Really looking forward to the next book! Thank you for all your hard work.

2024-12-20 16:21:19 +0000 UTCPersonally I'd love to see him getting some more skill upgrades from his bloodline. It would feel too much like a meme if the upgrade to his dick is all it amounts to. Otherwise I'd love to see him getting into cultivation and finding a hybrid path that is just all around better compared to either option of power accumulation. That would prolly pair well with him getting a deeper understanding of the System and its/her creators. There is also the System's Lil Sister still growing on his PC, might be time to do something with her. Also I'm sure Cyra would appreciate it if he made the occasional supply run to her troops.

After all, Terrence or any of the crafters might catch a sneaky fraud scheme and nip some of the relations with other worlds in the butt. That or how they're using earth to do sneaky new and cool things in different ways. Heck, even brief fighter snippets of other characters to maybe bring it back to the system LitRPG side. Lol earthlings doing tech support for the system? I want to see Earth in a HFY (humanity fuck yeah) moment? I liked how Reluna literally printed levels for herself so I wonder if there's other stuff like....oh, arcane gun smithing? Have ourselves and Indy moment where some idiot you don't want to deal with an exhausting plot with just get shot in the face, prompting other magical gear to create a barrier a la mass effect? Unless you're going the full cultivator.

My favorite parts of the paladin series were when you put the hero in terrible situations and made them fight through the consequences. I am not up to date on your books, but I hope that helps inform your writing decisions.

Each time he repairs part of the reality / the system, it seems to weaken the enemies who eventually are found out to be buffed by whoever is trying to warp reality / the system. Dunno if it’s even interesting but just my first random thought with this question.
