Amazon Apocalypse updates

Hey guys!

So, now that Paladin 4 is done, I want to move into finishing Amazon Apocalypse.

Here's a brief summary of Amazon Apocalypse:

Carter is an ordinary guy who had a childhood best friend named Myrina. She ended up being an alien from another world, and she warned Carter of the incoming apocalypse.

He prepared for the apocalypse and was soon joined by Sakura, his former boss. They battled another employee named Craig, who tried to take over the office.

Carter died in the fight, but rose again with the new class Scholar of Forbidden Knowledge. He's now an agility magic caster. Sakura is an oni berserker.

After the final battle, Carter realizes he is cursed by the System and will draw monsters to him. So for the safety of everyone in Crownhill, he leaves for his farmhouse in the wilderness with Sakura.

The PDF contains the current chapters I am working from as of now, but I'll try and summarize them all for you here for those of you who don't have time to reread.

• Caleb's name has been changed to Frank.
• I've added a bunch of new abilities to Scholar of Forbidden Knowledge.
• Carter also gets the unique resource Mania, which empowers his abilities but threatens to turn him mad with forbidden knowledge.
• Free skills come from skill books gifted by the system for the first 3 days. No free skills upon reaching stat thresholds (this was just way too tough to manage, and its the story mechanic that has made me delay working on this novel for two years.)
• Added several more unique monsters.
• Extended several fight scenes.
• Addressed several plot holes, including a new chapter about what happened to Margaret and Sakura and Carter preparing to leave Crownhill.
• Updates to Carter's stat stealing ability. It now steals levels for his class instead of stat points.
• More that I'm not thinking of at the moment.
