"suggestion rules". This month I'll only be taking 2 winners. However, I'm also allowing people to suggest 2 characters. On the 18th I'll be selecting the winners.

You have drawn a lot of him, but there can't be enough art of The Arbiter. And like someone suggested here Rtas Vadum is great as well. Maybe the two together? haha
