Hello all!

Hope everyone has been well! I know that's not a guarantee with so much unpleasantness all over the place but at least here I can endeavor to keep things light. Unless I'm posting bod, things get dark over there.

Apologies for no post today, I spent the weekend down in Tasmania visiting friends (mostly authors :O) and having a jolly good time. I've returned from travel as I always do: exhausted and sleep deprived, so I've decided to take a break from posting this week and see to a bunch of other things that I need to do.

First, SORRY! I hate to drop breaks on you without notice (because of patreon charging and such) so I can only deeply apologise. I wouldn't be taking this break at all if a few issues hadn't converged at this time, such as my laptop being on the fritz. I'm having major tech issues which will likely take most of the week to resolve, which isn't going to help my productivity, obviously.

The other main thing is editing book eight and nine of Chrysalis. I've been chipping away at them, but I've reached the point of cracking it and really wanting to get them out the door. So I will dedicate my work time this week to painful, hate-filled editing. You might think that this means I'm not really taking a break, but I am from writing, so I guess that counts?

Now, announcing Christmas break! I'll be taking a delicious two week break this year starting on the 19th of Dec and starting again on the 5th of Jan.

At least that break has been announced appropriately early :S
