Tankhun is older brother went crazy. Kinn main lead Kim (singer guy) is younger brother who stay out of the mafia business but somehow is also investigating π something. At this point we don't know why tho. Also he definitely wants to annoy Kinn. The mysterious, evil singer guy is actually Kinn's younger brother Kim. That's why the bodyguard who you are suspicious of talks to him all the time. The bodyguard got shot so they send him to work with Kim for some time. Don't worry, that's not a spoiler, it was stated somewhere in the 2nd or 3rd episode (I don't remember where exactly tho)

He does seem to be pretty much pure evil, which is kind of ironic considering the actor playing him is nicknamed Bible.
