"He's a goblin that accidentally got lost in hell during a prank and he doesn't recall how it happened. While wandering around hell, he met a great demon that agreed to bring him back home if he swore devotion to him. Giggles now serves the great demon but doesn't really understand how his magic works at all, his grimoire is a coloring book and his robes have runes drawn on them with crayon."
