Princess of the Void - Next side story poll
Added 2025-04-27 03:14:57 +0000 UTCHey gang! Okay, here's a sequel to the last poll, where it was expressed that additional PoVs might be something you're interested in. Starting in Volume 4, we are going to have some intermittent Sykora PoVs. I'm going to save them for big moments and certain situations (such as scenes where Grant might not be present).
It's crazy to think about but we're more than halfway through Volume 3 already. WOW, time flies. I'd like to take a mo at this point to think about whose PoV we're going to be looking through for our next side story.
I have a couple perspectives in mind for you folks:
Meena's PoV: This would take place a few cycles after Ajax's PoV. It would delve somewhat into the psychology of Taiikari women and how it feels to have weaponized eyes that can ruin the life of any unshielded maleborn. We'd also see the return of Sykora and her new husband from Meena's perspective. No smut in this one I don't think.
Tikani's PoV: This would take place between volumes 2 and 3. It would go further into the lives of lesser Taiikari noblewomen and the experience of aliens in the wider empire, as well as the practice of barter and what exactly is going on between Lady Lakai and the Count and Countess of Korak. This one would have some MFF smut in it.
Other: Got a brilliant idea for a perspective? Drop it in the comments and I might get so heated about it I explore it instead.

2025-04-27 04:04:29 +0000 UTCThis is a fun idea--I'm definitely going to keep including more of this sort of thing throughout Volume 3, but it might be cool to do a full sidestory from the perspective of an Eqtoran. I have further thoughts on this concept, but it'd be something of a spoilerino so I'll leave it there for now.

2025-04-27 03:35:34 +0000 UTCI personally have loved the snippets where we see some low-level peon observe the Sykora / Void ship invasions (eg. some Eqtorans). Maybe a side story from this perspective could be nice
