Sounds like she's blowing directly into the mic, Never Ever Ever do this, blow across the mic, so the wind is perpendicular to the mic's direction, never into it. You can also adjust the mic so it's not pointed directly at her, but more at a 45 degree angle.

This is very close-miked and it actually made it very difficult to listen to it -- any time the actress exhales while speaking, even, it's like being punched in the ear.
