The ex-boyfriend couldn’t take that she wanted a breakup after 7 years of abusive relationship. He went to her studio, which was her own apartment, in the day when she would do a live announcement of her book. Unfortunately, her assistant, who was also Vivi's bestfriend, was downstairs when he arrived. Around half an hour later, she bumped with him on the door. That's when she found out the cruel fate that had befallen to Vivi. From the CCTV, it was revealed that he forced himself after threatening her with a knife. She complied but he ended up stabbing her chest regardless. It was a rough ride as her ex seemingly let out all his rage into her. Vivi was shown coughing and struggling a bit until she finally stayed still. In an interview, the ex was planning to degrade Vivi's body even further and he regretted of not doing so while he had the chance, claiming he supposed to kill her bestfriend too before she called the police. The public wasn't too happy with the confession, for obvious reason.
