It's my birthday!

About work...

I've finished the images for the combat system and now I can focus on the characters before starting on the hentai scenes. I hope I can create some decent character sprites, because most of the game will consist of just that: a table with a girl and two boys talking.

In my head, the idea seems great, but when I started sketching, I wasn't as sure as I had been before.

Anyway, apart from making a little progress on the FFIX doujin and my plan to upload the first page this week, I haven't managed to solve the grayscale problem. Maybe many of you don't consider it a real problem, but it's driving me a little crazy. Procreate has a “filter” to create small dots (like in manga to create grayscale) and I'm using it to generate that effect.

The problem is that damn Procreate creates dots in the white spaces and I have to remove them manually, which is an incredible waste of time.

So I'm trying to fix it so that the pages look decent.

Anyway, as a work in progress, my original characters' new favorite girl (this month's image has the same number of likes as Grace, wow!) detail of her Special Fail image, I'll upload the complete one next week.

It took me longer than I thought to find a birthday-themed movie that I liked.

Aside work...

A chaotic week, I hate days that don't allow me to follow my routine...

Even my birthday is a pain sometimes, because all I want to do is sit in front of the screen and draw or program. Work is one of the things that rewards me with positive things.

So today, to celebrate my birthday, I'll try to keep working as best I can.

Yes, I know, I know, we all know it's just a hentai game, just something to disconnect from reality for a bit, but man, considering how reality has been lately, I think this, for me, is a meaningful task, trying to keep you relaxed for a few minutes, avoiding intrusive thoughts, helping you stop thinking about the fucking problems, at least, that's what I try to do.

Thank you for letting me try, guys. The opportunity to try is a real privilege.

I really liked it, both the story and the gameplay. Maybe a little repetitive at the end, but fun enough to keep playing without any problems.

The other day I was checking out the music from the games, and in one of the songs on YouTube, I saw a comment about Night Lessons. It was really funny!

That's not the case with this song, because it's copyrighted music, but it's something I could add to the games if I ever win the lottery!
