Well, here is the system for playing this game in a little more detail.

As you can see, there will be several places to click.

The first ones you can see are the encounter cards, which will only be available halfway through the adventure, and you must choose one of the events. Some of them can unlock hentai scenes and will be related to a particular girl. All encounters will provide adventurers with some items that will facilitate the story, health potions, weapons or armor, etc.

The second type are character sheets, which you can sometimes consult to find out how much life a character has, or their abilities, items, etc.

The last one is the main screen, where you can see a lot of information about the game. In some cases, you can consult it to answer some questions about the story.

For example, at one point, Loretta asks the DM how much a short sword costs.

You will then have 3 options to choose from (if you fail too much at this, you will lose the adventurers' interest and the game will end), but with the possibility of consulting the master screen.

You will have several options in a menu, but you can check the answer on the Master's Screen.
