It's Friday #310

What does she watch on Fridays?

About work...

I'm not gonna lie, I spent the whole week programming and coloring some commissions, but the most part of the time I was programming the combat system for Mastermind.

I know, I know...

These games don't need this kind of thing because all we want is a few hentai scenes here and there, but I'm pretty sure that the “hentai style” focuses on context and not just images, and for that, I need to emulate a tabletop RPG in a decent way!

Finally, looks like it works, I can't believe it, but looks like that (for now).

Basically, the player is the DM, so they don't choose what the adventurers do, but only worry about the enemies. Furthermore, the idea is not to win, because if the enemies kill the adventurers, the story ends. With this in mind, the player (the DM) must focus the combat on not killing the adventurers.

As you know, this would be nothing more than a few random clicks to waste time, but my idea is to create variables in the middle of combat that will unlock some spicy scenes in the future.

Anyway, you can see more or less how it looks, but I'll change the background to an image of the location while maintaining the style of the miniatures:

I still have a lot to do to finish it, but if everything goes well, the next updates will be easier to make, as I'll only have to focus on creating images and writing the story.

Aside that, I've made some progress on my commissions, thanks to my commissioners patience. I'm lucky to always find understanding gentlemen!

Another work-related thing: Steam has approved The Lust Out of Time! I had a small issue with the store description and they are reviewing it, but I guess the game will be on Steam soon and available for purchase in mid-November.

That means I will upload a version of the game here to check everything with some changes. I will explain the differences between the versions when I upload it.

I think that is all about work.

The picture...

The movie is In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale (2007).

A movie in which the "transporter" goes to a fantasy world to destroy evil things and bad people. Spoiler alert: he's the man, and he wins everything. I guess with that description, you know who the protagonist is.

Also, in the movie, he has the help of a terminator, as you can see in the image.

Yes, I know it sounds crazy, but in some way, what I said it is true.

I saw this movie a while ago, it's decent, it's just that...

Aside work...

I can't tell so much here aside I'm playing two games recently, but let's keep talking about Bastion.

Is a nice game, but I don't like so much how is going on, maybe is just because I'm a little tired.

Yeah, that's the only thing I want to say about it...

Anyway, everything more or less good, guys, I hope you are doing well too.

The song...

I discovered this woman this week on youtube and I really love this song:

Wiktoria Zac - Exploration 8 -

If someday I'll win the lottery, I'll hire this woman to make a BSO for a fantasy game for sure...

I hope you like the song as much as I do.

Stay safe, guys, we are in a pretty dangerous place.

Thanks for your support!

Probably my favorite fantasy creature in "cultured" work, the humble goblin. Never to be underestimated.
