It's Friday #300

About work...

I focused on finish the pictures for the Grace's game. I'm near to finishing even the animations.

Obviously, the animations will be rough as fuck, because I have no idea of what am I doing.

I bought a new app to get some animations, but learn about it make it the thing slow as hell, and I have no patience, so for this game I didn't use it -_-¿

I guess I'll try to improve in the future if I just spend more time doing animations.

Even with that, I'm happy with the result. It is not the big thing, but I guess it could work well into the game.

Also, I added another minigame to unlock the hentai pictures in full resolution.

Right now I need to finish a pair of pictures, add some Easter eggs, do the sex scene's text, add music and sounds, and then, it will be finished.

Sounds like a lot of work, but it is not that much. Maybe, with some luck, I could have a playable version in October or so.

I didn't work so much on commissions this week; I'm feeling bad about that. I'll try to focus on them in the right moment, I'll finish with all the pictures of the games.

Today, as a special, just a piece of my favorite movie. Dark City (1999) by Alex Proyas, the same director as The Crow.

I love this movie so much, for a lot of things... I like the ambient, the characters even archetypical are interesting for the environment. I wish to watch it again for the first time.

I remember watching this on TV, a depressed night, alone, and the movie hit me so hard for who-knows-what-reason...

Anyway, I know it is not the best movie in the world, but for me, it is special, like today's post.

Aside work...

300 weeks doing this post, 5 years...

I didn't expect to have the chance to keep doing this for so long, I'm always on thin ice with the money, and every year could be the last one.

Now, with all the changes in basic things I have the feeling the end is near, but if I'm honest, I don't care.

At least I did some projects I like, and I'm so grateful you let me do it, because without your support, I couldn't make it.

But, who knows, maybe we will talk the same shit in the post 600 in the future, in 2030.

Or maybe we will see our faces in the middle of a battlefield against the aliens!

Anyway, stupid things aside, I started to play this game:

Gestalt: Steam & Cinder, it looks good with very nice pixel art.

The main character is a redhead, so I expect tentacles and sexy clothes at some point.

For now, it looks like a classic metroidvania, I let you know how it's going.
