It's Friday #256

Surprise, surprise... it's Friday again!

About work...

I finished all pictures with the variations for the latest Night Lessons update. I need to finish the hentai scenes text and mix everything, testing the whole thing probably needs a lot of time, so I'll try to upload a test version before the final version.

Aside that, I did the mailbox picture and I progressed a little bit in some pictures for the Harold Banks game, the next one after Night Lessons.

I'll let you know my ideas for other games when I'll release the final version of Night Lessons.

Also, I'll probably be able to start with the picture reward (the one instead of the quarterly comics) next month.

Proof of work, a little peek to the future...

The picture...

She is Dedee Pfeifer in House 3. I didn't watch it, I didn't watch house 2 or 1 neither.

I think I lost the interest for movies, even some old ones, and I don't know why. Maybe is just a question of time. Even with that I can enjoy the pictures, reviews and music. Yes, probably is just a question of time. I need to choose what to do carefully with my spare time, so I guess I prefer another things to do... Yes, I know, I know... you don't care about it, but I need to express myself damn it!

Aside work...

Read is something I really like. Sometimes I wish to have more time to read. This week I started to read The Parasite by Arthur Conan Doyle.

The story is so nice, another perspective from the vampire myths, if you didn't read it I recommend you to do (if you like that kind of things, of course.)

I finished the Cross Code game ! The end of the story and the explanation is so good for my own taste but, these motherf... guys, send you to a screen where you need to buy a DLC to know what is happening with the main character.

I'm not gonna lie, after all of those damn puzzles, need to buy a DLC and start with more puzzles to find out what the real ending is pisses me off so much...

Even with that the game is so good, it is just not for me, you know what I mean?

Anyway, I'll move on to another games, I bought a few of them in the last offers for 5 € or less.

The song...

I'm already looking for more music for the next games.

I think music could change so much an atmosphere in a game, and if the player wants to be there, I think the ambient is good.

For what I read about Night Lessons and some comments on X and forums, it looks like the Night Lesson music is one of the best things it has.

So, this is one I plan to use in other games for sure.

Midnight Commando - When I Saw You Dance -

I hope you like it!

Take care and keep safe, and obviously, thanks to my supporters as usual, you are the best!

I forgot to reply you! Sorry, thank you so much for your kindly words, I'm really glad you like the game ^^

Night lessons is a very unique game, I was NEVER invested in a 18+ until I played Night Lessons. The story, music, scenes and the overall atmosphere of this game is what makes it unique. I also love the pacing it’s not too quick not too long. Ur artstyle is also very unique how long have u been drawing? But wow is ur game nice man, keep up the good work and take ur time!

Yes it's from that same series, although I've always loved puzzles. I'm used to breaking my head, but when you figure them out on your own it's the best part.

I don't know when it was the last time I went to the theater... Maybe with Expendables 3? In my case I just didn't like the serious tone in a movie made like a parody "at least the first two ones".

Nikraria

I know the series, looks like some kind of Tales of, am I right? CrossCode was fun, but tedious at some point with the puzles, if you don't care about that probably you will have fun with it!

I'm a big fan of pixel art games, just by seeing that screenshot I got interested in the game you mentioned Cross Code, I want to try it, I recently bought trails in the sky which is also very good for its story and its well done world, although it is somewhat old the developers have updated it to work well on modern equipment, something that many companies don't do and abandon after the product sells.

I can recall the day I stopped caring about movies. I was watching "It" Part 1 with my mother, in theater, day of release, and we had such a bad experience at that theater I more or less swore them off. Since then I fell behind on major cult and popculture hits, so much that I generally don't care about them anymore.
