GPUs are very power intensive, so you may want to test the functionality of the computer's power supply before jumping on buying a new video card. My power supply broke down a couple months ago but I thought it was the video card acting up at first.

2025-07-12 18:22:56 +0000 UTCThe RTX 3050 8GB looks to be $220 from Newegg or Bestbuy. Otherwise someone mentioned the 3060 for $300. There's also the Intel B570 for ~$270. Any of these would be better than the RX 480.
