Wowowowow. This is my 3rd day after being liberated from my month long Artist residency in the Eastern Sierra and every day has been such a dream finding myself again and getting back to my Prana Projects. Yesterday I shot and meditated in 6 different bodies of water. The day before that I marinated in a dissociative trance brought on by perching myself above a raging series of waterfalls consisting of 100 year record snowfall snowmelt. I’m so fucking tired and sad and confused and exhausted after what turned out to be a really intense and somewhat disorganized month of co living with other artists. The individuals themselves were some of the most awesome people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. But the situation itself was really difficult to get through. More on that later. For now I can’t stop feeling myself and will take my time to work through all this crazy inflammation and stiffness that is wracking my fascia and muscles.
