If you wanted to be extra paranoid about it, could ask for people to post their fanbox card every month or get banned? Give 'em like a 3 day grace period at the start of the month to post it or get kicked from the chat. There is a thing on the fanbox page that shows how long you've been a supporter, and how long you've pledged so you could ensure people aren't just reposting that way.
