Like this could be "Help!! My Girlfriend is Trying to Steal My Soul!"
It's the story of a succubus who sends our protagonist back in time to middle school to drain him of his life force while he's more Verile. She's tied to him at the hip, essentially, forcing herself to be his "girlfriend" by default. He can't escape her, she's always there trying to tempt him. Maybe a little hint of romance sparks?
