ive Been feeling guilty about my depression issues and I felt like I've been letting you down so I've been suffering in silence but I realize that if depression can be fixed in a month no one would have depression.
it's a war not a battle. Sometimes I win and sometimes I lose but we get up and try every chance we get <3
