2017-06-15 20:50:24 +0000 UTCI like your interpretation of it being a shoulder length shirt. It's meant to be her leotard but drawing this made me stop to think how exactly her leotard works. I assume she would have some zip or something to take it off but there is no visible zipper to on her outfit to be seen. Maybe the neckhole just stretches out wide enough to get her waist in and out of. Who knows? Just another one of the mysteries about Raven.
