I did feel back on my feet because I figured as long as I could bring something unique AI could never make me feel bad but I realized I was never unique, I never had a vision, and there was never anything I wanted to express. I just wanted to “be an artist”. I was drawing exactly like AI is.

It's so hard to learn and overcome the disabilities I was born with and it hurts to see it just made better than what I could ever do. It makes me not enjoy it anymore knowing I struggle so much for something anyone can do.

I wouldn't be surprised if words like "loli" or "incest" start getting banned by AI art programs in the coming months. It's a shame to see you go. I had a whole thing I wanted to commission from you once you got back on your feet, but I respect your decision. I hope you can find something else you enjoy and live a good life

2022-11-08 03:30:32 +0000 UTCI just don’t believe that myself. I’ve seen pictures that are way better than most artists I know and that’s only with a few months of algorithm building. There’s no way any new artists can outpace it unless they have a unique style or voice and I don’t know have that. It just makes me feel bad to draw.

We also still need artists with heart and passion. I don’t expect to change you mind and I respect your choice. I just want you to know that your passion and hard work are valued. Take care!
