More tiers of subscription?

Probably. Also, I don't know if it is how you set it up but some on patreon have all of their patrons renew their subscriptions on the same day. Usually the first of the month. You might want to avoid this setup since all of your patrons would want your attention at the same time. Better that they renew one month after subscribing. That way the requests are more spread out.

With all of your benefits being custom orders it could get out of hand if you accept too many requests. If you have enough time, go for it, but you might have to scale back as well if you get too many patrons. Burnout is a thing to beware of.

The quality of your pictures is insane so if you can andle more commissions i think its a good idea. Personaly, if you make a tiers that doesnt go higher than 40€ i may have interest depending of the number of commission avalible.
