I wanted to do a bigger post today, but am “in the red” with a pain flare instead. SO here is:
- some dry needling with TENS unit
- me in the gym doing a stretchie for my t-spine and hips
- me wearing what has definitely turned out to be a child’s mask for the past month (still in mask mandate over here)
- more dry needling which really fucking helps my muscle spasms! Makes for happy Prana.
Hopefully back at it in a day or two.
