Ahhh thanks Doug! Now I retroactively wanna talk about it all haha ❤️ With indoor shooting this year, I’ve been learning to take some close-up shots with a wide aperture to practice other styles besides those super wide, outdoor, full-body figure nudes that I so very much love. I have a good eye for those outdoor nudes, but they’re not very technical and I find myself wanting to practice controlled lighting and focus a bit more. Interestingly enough though! This is the first time with this new style that I’ve regretted having the aperture so wide, as the layers of my body instantly get lost in the abyss of the softbox that I have behind me. I’ll revisit this style again with a smaller aperture so that everything is in focus, but might not ever be able to capture this moment with these emotions again ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ so it goes
