This first edition focuses on the theme of self-acceptance, encouraging you to embrace who you are, to take gentle but meaningful steps, and to accept the tension, the patience, and the beauty of the process. You will find two printable versions included: an SFW version with the base structure and quotes only and an NSFW version that includes the full suggested tasks.
