marty, perfect boyfriend

I've been thinking a lot about this marten again recently. I revisited him a while back, drew a couple quick pics of him. but lately he's been on my mind a lot... I really want to draw, write, idk, create something about him to convey some kind of story.

I've been thinking a lot about what the ideal boyfriend is to me, and it changes occasionally depending on my mood or where I am in life, but as I've gotten older it's been consistently one thing which is: stability, reliability, etc. a cute mild mannered dude that's down to earth and doesn't judge me. someone that's there for you all the time not out of some obligation because of relationship status but because they genuinely want to. someone that makes you want to return those feelings.

obviously, I have the hot and horny jock boyfriends that I always fantasize about and I love them, but marty is sort of the more realistic (although still idealized) boyfriend.

this is marty at.. well, a party. I hate to rhyme but it's unavoidable with this name. I just imagine he's walked up and he's greeting you... he's very chill. he's got a reputation as a popular boy just because he's cute and he can sing really well, but he's never involved in drama or some kind of fiasco. ever. which is honestly a rarity... he always minds his business, doesn't put himself in the position to get wrapped up in any of that, and it seems somehow that even if he came close to it it would warp around him, passing him by without even affecting him or his status at all. he's got it together.

sorry for my weird rambling. I just wish I could fall into this boy's front and hug him tight.
