another in the remake line, but this time its carper! sometimes I forget carper was made this long ago, he actually is one of the earliest characters of mine and the first in my lineup of jocks! he isn't usually the focal point for most, but he was the originator.

this original piece is very hard for me to look at LMAO, the overgrown pubic hair tuft, the very visible armpit tufts, the... body horror abs?? the sideburns, god, the improbable sideburns. just everything I dislike about my old art rolled into one pic, and its not even the oldest! dated may of 2013...

I'd say out of all of my characters carper has probably been the one to go through the least revisions, evolutions etc because he is true to something I've always enjoyed - the dumb jock boy trope. I've improved him over time (especially with making his human form which I just find irresistable personally) but mostly... he has been the same. a rowdy, dumb, star athlete with an exhibitionist streak and a low awareness of how gay he might seem.
