for those that know me personally, yall know I'm a lifelong mega man fan, been with me for my whole life basically, and I grew up playing the early X games a lot particularly. the art throughout the entire franchise has been a big influence on me actually, and I've been tinkering with maverick designs for a stoat for years now.

I don't know if this will be the one that I stick with, or maybe I'll just endlessly redesign him for fun to see if one in particular sticks... someday. while I like how this one came out, there's a bunch of other ideas to throw at the dartboard. this is the kinda stuff I love doing.

he's snow themed! I imagine his boss room is full of snowdrifts, and he can dive into them and disappear, only to leap out of another part of the floor. he can also obviously slash with his claws (possibly extended by a beam slash, or something) and freeze the player with his ice mist. there's probably also a weasel war dance in there somewhere, maybe it creates split images to disorient his opponent? that sounds like something that comes out at half health.

I know this is one of those things thats kind of out of the ordinary for what I post over here but... I gotta branch out now and then.
