2025-10-04 01:24:44 +0000 UTCYou're absolutely right. The emotional turmoil he must have put his family through is unbelievable. The resources that were wasted on the search is also egregious. Obviously, he was a much younger man back then and prone to some ridiculous behavior. I've met him a few times now and he seems like a genuine fellow these days (I mean, over 45 years have passed). I try to not judge him too harshly for the mistakes he made decades ago.

I guess that is what you did here as well. So I thank you for that! But for me Mr. Kubacki's story is one of deception and lies. I am glad he realized he went about it the wrong way.
