Is there any awareness in Barcelona of the Italian film ‘Io Capitano’? It is a film from 2023 from acclaimed Italian director Matteo Garrone that was at Cannes. It’s about a couple of Sudanese teenagers trying to get to Italy as illegal migrants. Most of the migrants wear football shirts and the main character Seydou mainly wears Barca shirts from the 2010’s. The Barca shirts are really prominent in the film. I wonder if the club are aware of this. It’s a really good film but given the subject matter also a bit harrowing.

2024-10-16 12:46:56 +0000 UTC1. So watching the boys in training… it seems obvious why the narrative exists that Flick has hopes for Ansu.. looks like he is tearing it up in training. Far be it from me to advice a huge institution like FCB..but At this point, one has to ask the question. Does the pod know if Barca believes in the use of sports Psychologists/ Do they use them.? Has Ansu been offered/ provided with one.. As a mental health professional myself.. I look at that boys face when he comes on.. and men, he does NOT look right!!!! obvious thoughts are that..he is scared for obvious reasons.. injuries…etc but it is becoming tough to watch him. Is it just me or does the pod have any more thoughts/ insight on this matter. 2. Is enough being done to help him (Ansu) even more. Or is the club still mad at him for not agreeing to have the surgery way back then…and so realistically.. they have washed their hands off him and are basically just trying to see how much more they may be able to increase his value before shipping him out? 3. Might this have been sensed by Ansu and might this explain why he just looks unable to exhume joy anymore. And if all of this IS true. Then they better just let him go ASAP before he is properly damaged. 🤷🏽♂️😌
