2024-05-08 18:47:22 +0000 UTCI’m reading a lot about having a clear out of players. Always makes me chuckle. Between the players wanting to stay and Xavi wanting mostly everyone to stay, it’s always the same story, no real big sale happens. Who do you guys really think will leave this summer?

Do you think that barça should implement the moneyball route for the upcoming transfer window. 2.) why would Xavi prioritise Kimmich for the defensive midfielder ? Isn’t Bayern on the lookout for the the same profile ( a 6) 3. ) are the rumours true about Sandro rossell joining members for a vote of no confidence against laporta? 4.) Does the board still trust Xavi in terms of transfers ? I’m sure that he and deco don’t see eye to eye. 5.) Do we even have a project or a plan going forward?

Ferran, Joao Felix.. all these dudes ain’t taking us past Madrid in the next 5 years.. and if they not gonna cut it .. should Barca not seriously consider selling. Maybe am just being emotional I don’t know. But is there a world where the pod thinks maybe Barca just needs to reset. Like the NBA model.. trade in the assets.. luckily we have a few so we don’t have to sell too many of them. But if a couple will help us get back to feeling like a normal club again. Should Barca not just pull the trigger and for once sell properly. Left field/ draconian yeah but what does the pod think?

We are in rebuild and not in competition with Madrid. And if that is where we are. Does the pod agree Barca should sell 1-2 priced assets. Get back to 1-1 and be able to buy talents that wil surely emerge across the globe like the next Harland etc. If we get £300m for Lamine.. should Barca not sell?

How will the pod rate Barca back four against Dortmunds back 4 with 35 y/o Matt Hummels. Surely Barca’s back four is better man for man. If ever there was a referendum on Xavi’s incompetence strangely this was it. Surely we are in for another rollercoaster trophyless season next year. Xavi is out of his depth

Assuming they prioritize a DM how much additional revenue would they need from player sales and Nike money to compete to sign Nico? Would Cancelo on loan next year be an option for LW? Given his challenges defending, the Mendes factor and with potentially several fullback options next year (Balde, Hector Fort, Julian Araujo, Kounde etc.) do you think Cancelo at LW is an option?
