Xavi said something like „being Barca coach is the most difficult job in the world“. Also Koeman said something similar and even our most successful manager Guardiola was exhausted after coaching Barca for some years. Why is that? Why is coaching Barcelona so much more difficult than Real, Atletico or other European top clubs? And what could the club do to better protect its managers? With the words from Xavi finding a new coach certainly didn’t get easier.. even a top coach may think twice when seeing how an absoulte club legend suffered on this job.

This is another example of why I have been suspicious of his decision making ever since he allegedly requested the clubs spends 55m€ on Ferran when we had Memphis ( a top goal scoring Memphis at the time) would he not have been better off buying his much loved Zubimendi for that amount??

With a year to go, it looked like a stretch to get it ready for playing. Do you know if the Club are still confident of being ready in time for Nov 2024?
