Hola chaps. Just read Toni’s Sport article on the closed doors match between the 1st team (with Juveniles) and the b-team. Sergi Roberto being on the scoresheet was never in doubt. My questions is: did anything come from that? Why did they play this game? Also, could there be any juvenil players that shone enough to get a place on the 1st team to cover injuries?

This summer has shown players coming from lower leagues such as Sergi Altimira from Sabadell to Betis, and Fermin from Linares (on loan from Barca). (And I’ve understood there also were, and still are some Barca interest for Altimira.(?)) Ferran Jutglá also a couple of years ago, came from playing in Sant Andreu and Espanyol B. Are there any players in the catalan clubs in Primera and Segunda RFEF, that could potentially have the level og potential to be of interest in Barca? I’m not thinking about a level to just break straight into the first team, I understand thats an utopia, but maybe for Barca Athletic with an idea about future first team level, or maybe as the last players in the first team squad.
