Dest, Lenglet and Umtitti are all likely to stay with their current loan clubs so new buyers will have to be found. will this impact on Barca's ability to keep the current squad for next season without even considering new signings.

2023-02-21 19:25:57 +0000 UTCNot a question, rather a remark about the starting 11 for the Manchester game discussed in the last episode: I agree with the idea of Toni to play Alba as a fake winger. The reason why I think this is plausible, is that Xavi has not a lot of options in the midfield. If he were to play Sergi Roberto from the beginning as part of a 4 man midfield, the only other midfielder to bring in during the game is Pablo Torre. Is he willing to risk this? What happens if another midfielder (e.g. Frenkie) gets injured? I would really like to see this because I think this role could suit Alba well with a bit less defensive duties.

Laporta said that Barca are not being investigated….(yet) and implied that the Negreira was the main culprit for any wrongdoing. Laporta also said that this was part of a smear campaign from Tebas and certain parts of the press. That being said, if Barca are found guilty of foul play, what do you think could realistically happen? Surely not Relegation?
