Hi. Happy new year. Hope youre fresh and sufficiently rested;) Q1 How serious is the speculation on Xavis future? Do you think we would be better off with another coach, and who should that be? Lucho is without work... Q2 Personnally I think Baldes rise into the first team is very exciting. Will he stay? Q3 What do you think of Moukoko and has he a future in Barca? I remeber Etoo saying he would be perfect for Barca.

What happened to Eric Garcia? Is he injured or not fit enough? Or did he just drop completely in the pecking order due to bad performances? Except for some minutes against Intercity, he didn‘t play lately. He also didn‘t play a single minute in the World Cup, although I thought Luis Enrique always liked him.. Don‘t get me wrong, I would choose Christensen over him anytime. I just wonder what will happen to him. Surely he will not be happy to just be backup all the time.. He is young and needs playing time to develop. Thoughts? Love your podcast btw, thanks!

(Sorry it is a bit long) The strength of a league (tournament) is made up of several things like the ability of the players, the speed and complexity of the games, the strategic, training and tactical skills of the managers and teams. The professionalism of the referees must be a key factor as well and that is what missing sometimes, furthermore I have the feeling that the spanish referees are the worst in the top 5 league. Making bad decisions - despite there is VAR -, acting like the key actor of the set, a telling or a gesture counts more than a rude foul. Why noone is allowed to say a serious opinion or critique? The spanish referee association should listen to these voices and should analyze every match but I do not see any progress. It is the same every year. Are the referees banned for some matches if they make serious, game changing mistakes? I agree with Xavi, referees must explain their decisions, preferably during the match or at least at post-match press conference. As I know in NFL the referee says out loud his decision, I think it would be a positive thing to be used at VAR check in soccer too. I would have like to hear Lahoz's explanation when Lewa was kicked lying on the groud and no card was given. What do you thing about all of these?

This may be silly, but why don't Barça also play opposite sometimes? Take the 1st leg with Bayern, for instance; why don't Barça try to play like Bayern sometimes? Why don't they try the storming and let the other team have higher possession stats? I know Xavi said "Barça should never change their style", but isn't it a disadvantage to always play the same way? And one could argue that Barça tried something like that with Atleti, but I think they lost control of the ball rather than allowed it...please feel free to ignore if the question is dumb, I'm just a fan.

There are already lots of “free marketing opportunities” being discussed including Kante and Moukoko, as summer transfer targets, which other opportunities do you see as being interesting?

What are from your perspective the top 3-5 salary reductions / transfers that need to happen so that Barca is in a better financial situation and we can finally focus on brighter days?
