Hi Sean ... will raise it on the Q&A with Toni this week, but basically because Barça Studios was authorised so long ago that more suitable partners/negotiations further along made it easier (even if still a late scramble!) and the TV rights one was always the big/most necessary one. BLM no issues that I know ... and reckon we will see it saved for next year's accounts! (SM)

I’m confused cause in the general assembly meeting they said that they wanted to sell 49% of the merchandising rights, and would be pursuing the deal even if the financial situation wasn’t bad. they could get a big partner and take it to another level etc. but they haven’t touched that yet. I wonder why? Maybe it’s a Nike thing?
