From your connections within the club, how seriously will the Europa league be taken ? Is it a priority as a chpikns league safety net or a distraction and Xavi would prefer to have a week to prepare for a la liga game ? Cheeky sub question. Do you think these reports are true and secondly, if Messi does want to come back to Barca this summer on a free transfer and is willing to take a salary that is line with others in the squad, do you think LaPorta along with Messi and his family can get over the differences they have? 2. I have a questions specifically for Sam about how his employers broadcast La Liga matches in the US. Why do they not have the play by play person and the analyst at the site of the match or if they are going to call the match remotely, why not have them at least in the same room? The lag time between the match, the play by play and the analysis really makes the match viewing not very good.

I know we don’t have a perfect like for like replacement but surely trying a new system, maybe a double pivot for example, probably towards the end of games would serve Barça better than taking off Frenkie and/or Pedri and keeping Busquets on the pitch?
