He costs 20M in wages while Halaand reportedly would cost 30M…it’s mind blowing…I’m not sure if there’s sympathy for him too because apparently he paid some of the transfer fees from his own pocket when he was joining Barca..?

Has training changed significantly under Xavi? Do they watch tactical videos and work harder on fitness?

He is still a top performer in the right circumstances, but such circumstances will never be present at Barca in the near term. Love the guy, but it is time imo. Q: Memphis' player profile... There is little to no chance it works with Xavi, right? Watching Luuk stumble and bumble but largely keep the attacking momentum going had me questioning Memphis' worth to the team. He would have given the ball away 15+ times in that match at Osasuna and I wonder where he fits once Fati is fit. Xavi needs to show him video of Suarez to sort out that awful holdup/shoulder roll he can so rarely execute.

Can anyone explain the actual financial situation in layman’s terms. I.e. will the increased turnover, decreased expenses for next year + new CVC + new sponsorship deal mean that Barca will have spending power for a “Galáctico” aka Haaland?
