Hi there guys! Can you shed some light on Xavi's coaching staff and their methodologies? We heard a lot about Alfred Schreuder in relation to Koeman but most of the focus this appointment has solely been on Xavi. Any interesting info about his team?

Maybe EL could be a suitable road, where this mainly very young team can gather international experiences with more chance to win and gain confidence. And in the EL there is a realistic chance to play semi-final or Final or even lift a Trophy, and than next year go for CL again?

2021-12-02 12:40:34 +0000 UTCHi, In the latest Barca book you also discussed once with the author, it is written that in the start Koeman was very strict, had focus on the physical training, discipline, etc and was called Sergeant Koeman (or something like that in the book). - Could that be true? Did he also started like Xavi and than somehow it slipped out of his hands, that now Xavi has to make rules about arriving in time..?
