I wanted to asure you all that the next collection is on its way! I know I normally start posting photos on the first day of each month, but I’m a bit behind schedule. My schedule IRL has been a bit crazy, but more than that I want to be completely honest with you all, I really struggled to find a concept that this month that I was happy with. I normally like to plan ideas months in advance, but for an October, Halloween themed collection I felt this immense pressure to deliver something spooky. The hard thing was finding theme that felt horror appropriate, but still stayed true to the aesthetic of the brand. I thought I had something and started creating, I fully made five of the nine looks, and all of a sudden I realized I hated every single one of them. I never want to deliver you a product that I am not proud of, so at the last minute I decided to start over. I found a better concept that I love and feels like a better match for the brand.
I am quickly building the scene for the photo shoot today, and will start taking photos tomorrow. If all goes smoothly you should have the collection by Sunday or Monday at the latest.
