Added 2025-05-22 02:27:45 +0000 UTCIt's been twelve days since I asked for a signoff for DiD ch 16, and all I've gotten were to promises to look at it 'tomorrow'. Same person, a week apart. If there's no commentary by tomorrow when I get home from work, I will post it to Tier 3's with a disclaimer. I will have to make changes if something is deemed contrary to canon.
I have not been idle in the mean time. Some planning for DiD 17, but I can't pile too much up there. I've also completed Benjamin's Tale ch 6 and halfway through chapter 7. I had planned it as an eight chapter story. Looks like it will more likely be ten chapters in total.
For those that have forgotten, or joined since the last time I discussed this, I am working on three side stories in the Bunker universe. Each focuses on a different man in Kevin's unit. These will come out at a later date, once I have finished all three stories. Also, they will come out after ch 17 of Bunker. That's the plan anyway.
And no, I haven't forgotten Pete. I originally had only vague thoughts beyond the first Pete intermission, but the response from readers was overwhelmingly positive. There is a third chapter planned, but right now it's just a couple of paragraphs tied together with good intent. A nice way to build a bikini, not so much for a story. Also, that chapter will likely include the day of impact for the Rock, so I'll hold off for awhile to do that.
