Safe Mode Episode 07: Split Apart

After a long wait, I am happy to present the latest episode of Safe Mode! I will be working on the next episode immediately, and won’t be messing around with bonus videos, or going on a Neil DeGrasse Tyson binge. My focus now is on Safe Mode and continuing the story.
I feel that this episode is an inflection point, and without ruining anything here - if you read into the images in the last section, it changes the context of all previous episodes, and now is the time for it to enter the territory I was waiting for all along - I just couldn’t do it without the setup.

2025-01-31 05:07:03 +0000 UTCOn my second viewing it feels like the vibes of Interface are starting to make their introduction into Safe Mode. Like its the start of the real story that could only happen after all the pieces were introduced and given more context. The cellular memory thing is something Ive thought of for a while too. Organ transplant patients taking on characteristic traits belonging to the donor. It makes me wonder too how much we really know. Or maybe we are finding questions we never thought to ask. Either way it’s arrogant to ever assume anything as fact when we keep proving ourselves wrong. Like me assuming I would always prefer Interface over Safe Mode. And now this is my favorite episode in either series. Im excited to see where this goes and if my idea that Smear is based on those forbidden paintings of the holy three faces trinity is right or wrong.
