Finding one another in the fog veil. A dreary man crosses paths with an eccentric canine who calls herself Penelope. Begrudgingly, he accepts her company; which contrives a series of ventures with this contradistinctive companion. She seeks someone believed as the only one who could help her. Someone by the name of Frí.
