In some cases, retrying via the URL below may allow the payment to go through without any issues, while in other cases it may not.

調べてみましたところ、
Paypalのメールアドレス/カード情報を確認していない
Patreonでクレジットカードの有効期限切れ
の2点が主な原因であることが多いそうです。
After looking into it, we found that the most common causes are:
PayPal email address / card information has not been confirmed
The credit card information has not been updated on Patreon
These two points are often the main reasons.

没有在 Patreon 更新信用卡信息

Patreonの左側のメニューバーより、
設定＞その他＞支払い方法
カードの有効期限が切れていないか確認します。
情報を更新後、改めてリトライをお試しください。
From the left menu bar on Patreon:
Settings > Others > Payment Methods
Please check whether your card has expired.
After updating your information, please try again.
在 Patreon 左侧菜单栏中：
设置 > 其他 > 支付方式
请检查您的信用卡是否已过期。
